  1. Neolibs: we want gun owners to register and have to go through proper training.

    …wait no not like that!

  2. We just passed Constitutional carry in my state, but I still renewed my lifetime permit because I travel through other states a lot. I hope one day soon there will be national Constitutional carry.

  3. It will be hilarious and infuriating to see the abuse of loopholes they all put in effect to try and avoid the duty to issue.

  4. Would you support a national concealed carry permit + constitutional carry?

I’m in AZ, and a license lets me carry in places you normally couldn’t legally, like national parks, at bars if I’m not drinking, and carry into other states that are not constitutional carry but have reciprocity, in addition to not having to wait for my form to be processed after filling it out.

  5. Can someone explain this to a newb from NJ? Do I have a better shot at getting concealed carry permit now?

  6. Progress, but they should all be constitutional carry. Getting a license that expires for a constitutional right means it isn’t really a right.

  7. Who wants to start a fund to take NFA, Hughes amendment, 18 USC 922r, 1986 LEOPA… Bump stock ruling… to court?

I guess NFA/Hughes amendment would make bump stock issue moot

Let congress pass what they want, strike it down in court, and it can **NEVER** come back.

  8. Excuse me, I think you have Hawaii wrong. It should be marked as, “Won’t issue and doesn’t give a fuck about its residents”

Edit: I’d be shocked if they change anything with this decision. I believe Hawaii will willfully ignore this decision.

Also word is New York is going to try to declare as many places as possible as “prohibited places” in response to the ruling, too, so it’ll be like Chicago 2.0 – wanna go anywhere downtown? hope you can afford a car and parking.

  9. Pardon my ignorance, but does this case have to be incorporated like McDonald did re: heller?

  10. As far as I can tell, this map is wrong. Az is a constitutional carry state. You can get a CCW, but it’s not required. I’m sure a few more states, 24, have the same issue.

If it’s in reference to the SCOTUS decision, I’m not sure that’s correct.

  11. Can someone tell me what’s going on with this dude some law get passed or something?

  12. Hate to break it to you but you have to take Vermont off this as they don’t offer permits. It’s only constitutional.

  13. Your map is wrong. About half of the states are constitutional carry. The rest are, starting today, “shall issue”
