This is a fun story. I love the way they make his powers both silly and menacing. Mark Waid’s Daredevil run also has a cool portrayal of the spot a few years after this.
Why would you punch someone in the chest instead of the face? If the arm was coming out the other way around, it would make more sense. (He says about an impossible FUCKING scenario but whatever shuddup!)

I never understood how heroes/villains with these kinds of powers are not constantly cutting off peoples arms and stuff.
Like, I always assumed that the edge is essentially 0 and anything that touches it will be severed, but maybe I’m not understanding it properly.
